I was Teca's angel in this round. I could not choose design a long time then I found this and stithed it with big pleasure. Design is ref.4231 Cahier de recettes from Margot creations de Paris. Notebook also made by me:). Fabric is 32ct Zweigart linen, threads - DMC.
